He was a legend in the nineties and zero’s , but his life came a bit to a downfall.. There are plenty of stories depicting. And now, a new name has been added to this list. He had achieved huge success during his time, but suddenly lost all his fortune and came into decline. What was the reason behind this? Who is he? And, what happened to him?
Jan Ullrich was a German professional cyclist who is widely regarded as being among the all-time greatest time cyclists. In 1993, he won the road race competition at the World Amateur Championships, which catapulted him to the forefront of international attention. After making the transition to a professional cyclist, Ullrich finished in second place at the Tour de France in 1996 and was awarded the white jersey for being the best young rider.
He would go on to win the Tour de France in 1997, adding a second white jersey to his collection of accomplishments. In 1998, he was unable to keep up with Marco Pantani, who won the Tour, but Ullrich placed second and added his third white jersey, making him one of only two riders, along with Andy Schleck, to ever win that jersey three times. In 1998, Ullrich was unable to keep up with Marco Pantani, who won the Tour. Ullrich added multiple palmarès over the course of the next few years, winning the World Championship in the time trial in 1999 and 2001.

Happy to report Lance, Jan, Brad Wiggins, and Mark Cavendish have just been in Mallorca riding, making a podcast, and enjoying life.
Great Chanel!!!👌🏻💪🏻🚴🏻♂️Pls more vidéo😃
I remember him dude was on top of the world at his prime sadly downfalls happened to many celebrities like him
Fun fact: I was named after this man
He could have been great if he had overcome his weight problems and changed his style of riding; he was never beating Armstrong by mashing the pedals in a huge gear, when Lance was dancing on the pedals, spinning in smaller gears. Perhaps it wasn't possible for him to evolve his style, what do i know, eh?!
Ulle, Ulle… from L. E.
If it wasnt for Lance Armstrong coming out of retirement and subsequently getting caught doping, Ullrich might have been okay. Lance's greed was Jan's downfall. Thanks Lance!
To win once and place still makes him a great cyclist only thing that got better is the way they test the riders
Shitty video
He has great Talent and little character.
