I thoroughly enjoy your work and videos. They are very helpful and educational for alternative exercises. Thank you very much. Your recent video on the egg-shaped muscle in front of the hip was an answer to a problem I've had for the last couple of years. It was brilliant 👏
Thank You… great videos…
Are these good for herniated discs
I'm a permanent wheelchair user who was wondering only this morning how on earth I could exercise my core – as if by magic along came your video! Thx.
Thank you for nice vedios. I am also suffering from lower back pain. I am fallowing your vedios.
Thanks. It gave me a few ideas on how to adapt your examples further on how to get some core exercise with my arm in a sling following dislocating my shoulder. Obviously I couldn't do the aeroplane thing etc., but I could work to the spirit of your examples and use my core from a seated position.
Thankyou for the exercises My biggest problem is balance .
Great job will, keep up the great work .
Thanks Will, tried the exercises while you were demonstrating, i feeling a burn in the abs. I promise to try those steps regularly.
I have your book and find it a great reference book. I have followed your videos for a long time as a subscriber (I'm in my 70's) and find them the most clear and informative on You Tube. I do lots of the exercises on a regular basis and always find benefit from them. Much gratitude to you.
Will Harlow, I needed this video. 😂 Thank you. ❤✈️
You are helping a lot of seniors continue an active life. Thank you!
Thank you Will, I enjoy your work and your delivery, clear and concise. Love these exercises as I cannot lay down on my back due to having debilitating vertigo BPPV! It’s blighted my life for 5yrs and I have been left to manage the symptoms, even though an epley manoeuvre would recalibrate my balance. My life is unrecognisable; I’m housebound, I don’t go out alone, and I don’t drive anymore, because of the vertigo .. yet I used to be very active and a walker, with a good fitness level. Thank you.
Those exercises kicked in the endorphins and I felt great afterwards! My right leg was easy to lift and I copied your motions, but my left leg was difficult to lift even half the distance off the floor.
These exercises are brilliant. I feel like I've been doing a proper work-out. Excellent.
This is one of the best PT channels. It has been very helpful to me because you understand the kinds of limitations to our movements that many of us have.
You just keep putting up the most important videos! It's like you read my mind and put up what I really really need to see. Thank you kindly.
These are fantastic! To those who have not yet subscribed yet watch, even here or there – please do. That will affect the algorithm and help Mr. Harlow's videos reach more people who need this information 😊❤.
These are great as I rather do these core exercises while sitting 👍👍👍💚
Thanks for sharing 💜
I am so grateful for these videos, thank you.
Very good information about core exercises sitting on a chair for me like who had undergone tkr surgery Thank you doctor for your advice
Excuse me, how often can do this, is it good before or after exercise? or doing them on its own alternate day?
I'm going to try these exercises. The first one looks best for me as I have a t10 compression fracture. Just wondering, if you have time to reply, how to breath when pulling in the belly button,. Should I be breathing in or out. Thanks so much for the great videos
These are brilliant exercises, I can absolutely feel my core working.
Appreciate you so much!
Thank You
I don’t see these wonderful exercises just for older people. If you’re chained to a desk all day at work, you’re going to get a huge benefit from doing these throughout the day. 🙏
I found you a few weeks ago. I have your book “Thriving Beyond Fifty” I’ve been looking on YouTube for months to exercise at home. I have subscribed, and I have a few videos that are saved on my profile of YouTube. I have learned so much from you. I stop going to the chiropractor or to the doctor. I don’t do well in a gym, so I needed some thing for home. I have been working on myself for about three months, and I lost the weight.
Now I need to get stronger, and build muscle.
Thank you,
Please keep making videos.
Linda
Could you talk about exercises for herniated discs at the dorsal level? Can the exercises shown in this video be useful? Thanks

I was looking at one of your videos, I cannot sit up from a lying position, how can I improve this situation. I don’t have enough core strength, I think gerry
Just found you Will and after a quick skim through your vids. I'm well impressed! In particular with this vid as my tummy needs the work. 👍🏾
