Went to Spain to find out a bit more about the new bike, how to swear frequently at the data logging, and check out the track recently acquired by MSV.
I was hoping that I could offset some of the trip costs by using the video to make a ‘how I ride’ Navarra circuit guide; was a bit disappointing to find out the track is being resurfaced and the layout changed in Spring – but to be honest, it should be a better circuit for the changes – so I’ll just have to do loads of gritting over the winter, save up and go back.

I've been watching your vids for several years and any rider with seven motorcycle championships is NOT "an average normal rider". I'm not sure how many former motorcycle world champions over the age of sixty could stay with on the track.
As a matter ov fact not too many twenty year old motorcycle racers could hang with you and NOT any normal average riders. You have set the bar pretty high for anyone racing in their sixties.👍👍
Looks a cracking track Mike. When I heard MSV bought the track I'd never even heard of it. I'm sure they'll do the place proud. Those first couple corners look nuts.
Did you get any clue what their ultimate plans are for the circuit? Just for track days? Local race series? Or to maybe have another flyaway round for BSB, similar to Assen?
Incredible riding. Great video. Looks like a great track for bike bikes. My little RS 660 would look like it's in reverse on that straight.
