Leaving France we cross the border to explore the south-west tip of Switzerland. With clear sunny skies, we cycle between the Alps and Juna Mountains to Lake Geneva. Overwhelmed with all the ritz and glam of Geneva we push on, cycle along the velo-way that hugs the shoreline of Lake Geneva to Lausanne. We enjoy a day of sightseeing in this historic town, sampling some the diverse cuisines, exploring gothic cathedrals, wandering down cobblestone streets and of course indulging in as much Swiss chocolate as our budget allows!
