In the summer of 2017, our family returned to Europe to do another awesome bike tour. We started in Amsterdam and bicycled 800 km in a circle to Brussels and back to Amsterdam. This part of the bike tour takes us from Vlissingen crosing the Belgian border to Bruges.

Did you try mussels with fries in Vlissingen? (it is really good in that province)
Another inspiring video. More please, please, please.
Great video! Thank You. Your videos seem to be getting better with every new one released.
We did not prioritise the bikes with that ferry. It used to take cars as well. But the tunnel made that ferry obsolete to cars.
Yes , this new tunnel is not that old, and before that there were only ferry s to cross the water,, also were you guy s went , I went how many times with the truck from Rotterdam to Zeebrugge in Belgium with this huge ferry,. now it s a small one only for walkers and bikers,..,. also you can go via Antwerp, but that is a pain in the butt, specially during rushhours, you will be stuck in the trafficjams., and after the ferry you were still in Holland s provence Zeeuws Vlaanderen,., , near Sluis is the border and then soon comes Zeebrugge,. Port.
Lol, why should you go to Belgium by bike? There infrastructure is soooo 1960…
NICE VIDEO
Weird I have seen your videos and did't give a thumps up.
The bike infrastructure in Belgium is pretty bad compared to the Netherlands, sometimes even non-existent, especially in Wallonia.
Hi, being half-Belgium/half-Dutch and lived in both countries you realize the complete opposite between both countries.
Still , visiting the historic centre of Belgian cities you kind of realize that they were from the time The Netherlands weren't divided yet in the republic of the Netherlands (first one in Europe) and the spanish Netherlands ,
that could not join the republic.
Architecture of the 15th-16th century and before that was in fact "Netherlandish"
After the separation in the end of the 16th century both countries went their own way (apart from a short period of
a rejoined "kingdom of the Netherlands " including Belgium) both countries grew very much apart.
From that early time on the common architecture began to differ as culture
differs like a more "anglo-saxon Netherlands (or Holland) and a catholic
"latin" later called Belgium.
Only the language stayed a common language, though the Flemmish have a strong southern French/Spanish like accent.
For about infrastructure I tend to feel more Dutch.
For about the kitchen I tend to feel more Belgian.
In Dutch it's Brugge, not Bruges. Say Bruhggggggggguh
I'm not a Belgium fan but I have to admit Brugge looks very nice
I think I'll go for a ride on my bicycle after watching your inspirational video.. you're such a cool family
With winds mostly from the southwest it's better to circle the other way round and do the path along the coast from Vlissingen to Rotterdam. Like your vlog!
extremely thanku to get me going free
god bless your sheperds
we have always wind in Zeeland maybe 2 -3 days in a year no wind. so thats no problem for us
Damn good morining also looking hot like all the time sexy lady on the bike
" Bruges means bridges" hahahahaa ! Not even close. But agreed with the fact that Belgian beer is the best in the world 😉
