A very steep uphill has us pushing the bikes nearly all the way and our efforts are rewarded with one of the most beautiful campsites in the whole trip. While resting for breakfast somewhere besides te road, a local elderly man surprises us with a tasty gift. Slowly but surely the route leads us to the incredible ‘Montañas Vacias’, the empty mountains, one of the least populated areas in Europe.

    1. A Corona with a slice of lime in it…..ahhhh! I haven't had a beer in many years, but I remember when I did drink them, what was good.

    3. You guys are great. Excellent video with lots of interest and nice drone footage. Free beer! What generous fellow. 🙂 Subscribing straight away. Wishing you well on future adventures. Terry (in Scotland)

    4. Love it when you add comments on the history of places you are visiting. Well done guys. Really enjoy your trips.Greetings from Adelaide South Australia.

    5. We're looking forward to your next adventure. Just finished our trip from the Netherlands to Sevilla, but because of our age, on e-bikes. Sometimes had bad parts of gravel and boulders and stones in it which we called a typical Maudi-and- Eric road. You're routes are notorious. Safe travels. Adiós Henk and Lucie.

    6. A wonderful adventure – beautifully filmed and edited (as always) – loved the Spanish story and excited for your next adventure! Love the way you put the simple (Packing up camp, making a meal and such) into your film and it adds such depth to the experience: landscape and living. Thank you, again, for a lovely trip with you!

    9. whenever I am getting bored from work, take a break to watch your videos. Both of you enjoy riding in nature. Most of the time I love your camera angles & editing skills & soundtracks too.🍀🍀.

    10. Hey Team… I still love your vids… my wife & I watch them together. A while back I asked you to include a map of your route into you vids and am thrilled that you now do that. I shared a link to how I create my maps but it seems that your method is so much better… so how about sharing how you get the moving red line onto the map please.
Keep up the great vids… I love your editing! ❤️

    11. So beautiful landscape! I love the way you live and travel as a couple.
If I go biketouring in the mountains, I take my Hennessy Hammock and leave my tent at home. So I have no problem to find a place for the night even in steep terrain. And I experienced, this is the best sleep on tour I ever had. In bad weather conditions it is verry comfy to stay above the ground dry and safe. But.. there is no double hammock for a couple – you would need two hammocks.
