Chain looks too tight. It should have about a half inch of play in either direction when you wiggle it. Mine has a very slight visible sag when still.

Looks like a white industries freewheel, which probably needs to be serviced. Pretty neat piece of kit so I would try to fix rather than replace.

if it doesn’t go away like we are all hoping it will, check the hub or have someone do it for you – i had a similar problem recently on a geared bike that was initially diagnosed as gunked up grease, but upon opening it was discovered that the bearings had somehow been knocked out of place. this was a novatec hub though, so… you know
