Not trying to be snooty, but is there a reason you’re looking for appraisal of a triple on a single speed sub? Looks brand new, it’d be more useful in its current state on a classy retro road build.
I’d say check for similar items on pinkbike or eBay for a representative idea.

Probably 100-125 or so. That said, parts are harder to seek post Covid and a lot of prices have gone down. I’ve been selling bikes and parts for way less than I was two years ago. There is a ton of stuff on eBay that just sits there for a long time waiting for someone who needs a particular part.

That’s a fine 48T crank. Throw out the two other sprockets, get a 16t sprocket for the rear, and your’e good to go.
