Just s really nice day of riding. I got a new jockey wheel just as the old one fell apart and then got some good miles in on a lovely route.
The weather was perfect, really couldn’t have asked for better.

Did you know those natural berries are in fact more "bilberries" than actually "blueberries" (the latter term being more used for the cultivated variety that grows in bush-like plants). Both are good for your health but there's some magic in foraging the wild ones in the forest!
