Recently, the spoke nipples hidden inside the carbon have started to squeak under load (I believe due to the moisture that has entered). I would like to spray some lubricant on the outside. My question is, what kind of spray can I use that won't damage the carbon?

Any lube has potential to enable the spoke nipples to loosen. So instead of a squeak you get a rattle. You can get purpose made spoke nipple grease, used for wheel building but you ask what you can use in this situation on a cf rim and I’d use a silicone based product.
I wouldn’t worry about the carbon. I’d worry about the rim tape. I think the proper way would be to remove tire, tube or sealant, and rim tape to address the spoke (might need tension with appropriate tools.)
Common stuff like linseed oil may not penetrate into the assembled spoke. Penetrating oil may leave the surface too slick and won’t “thread lock” allowing the spoke to lose tension, while also working it’s way to the tape.
Hot take. If a lube comes in spray form, don’t use it on a bike. Or use it and enjoy the light misting of oil on your discs, rims, tyres, and everything else.
Put a small drop of Triflow, or any silicone on each one, then wipe off excess with a rag.
I know not the question, but have you checked the spoke tension? Try plucking that spoke and another spoke on the same side they should be the same pitch. If that spoke is lower it could be loose and that is why it is moving.
Typically when spokes start making noise it is due to under-tension.
i’d be more concerned w a drop in spoke tension. I’m guessing these wheels are a few years old and are 24 spoke. Use a tensionometer to verify mostly bc they he nipples can pull through the rim
