Anyone know of bars for Shimano hoods with a smooth transition like the ones in the pic? I don’t want to spend a fortune on Di2 wires nor do I want to route hoses through the bars. But, I want to relieve my ulnar nerve. Any ideas which bars might work?

any ergo bar and short drop will work with that.
Specialized bars might be the right shape, the pictures of the Allez and Diverge seem to fit that profile.
Check the ZIPP XPLR range. They should be quite close.
Deda RHM shape?
Fsa k force compact matches well with shimano hoods.
What you’re looking for are modern short-reach + short drop bars.
Maybe Zipp Service Course SL-70
What bike is that? Looks neat!
A modern compact dropbar usually kinda looks like the one in the pic
Love my Pro Discovers but they have a bit of flare for gravel. Not too much though and they’re super affordable.
Edit: actually that looks like what the bar in the photo is.
Perhaps look into some of the Toseek lineup of handlebars. Ergo, aero, hidden integration with no bump and depending on your setup, you can grab em for between $70-500.
I used them on my commuter bike almost 5years. They work fine. No problems even when I ding em with day to day use and with 3 crashes.
My Easton EC/EA70 AX bars are a bit like that.
