Not sure if this is too far from the cog, perfect, or too close? What do you guys think? Also chain riding a bit close to my tire? The top of the chain i can fit my pinkie finger in between the chain and the tire. The bottom of the chain riding on the lowest jockey wheel is like 1mm from the tire. I made sure to sit on the bike when tightening the QR.

Shimano and SRAM both publish a spec based on the drivetrain. Find the spec and use an Allen wrench in the proper spec to measure the gap. That picture tells us nothing.
Is that the factory cassette on that wheel/bike? Seems way too close to the tire. I don’t think adjusting the B screw would help much. Almost seems like you need a spacer on the hub with the cassette
Chain is waaaay too close to the tire. What crankset are you running? You probably need something with a chainline that’s further outboard.
Have you installed a new chainring recently? Wrong chainring or a bent der hanger/der cage are the only explanations I have for that chain being so close to the tire. For b tension, just look on the back of the derailleur cage and you should see an indicator etched on the inner plate of the derailleur cage. Align the indicator with the teeth of the largest cog on the cassette while you’re shifted in said cog assuming it’s a 10-51 tooth
Tire too fat.
