Advice from another mountain biker:
1) dress warm, the wind chill is a lot higher than on MTBs – because you’re going faster
2) give it a few runs on mountain bike terrain for shits and giggles, then stick to gravel and road – your wrists will thank you
3) trying to turn it into a mountain bike by running bigger tires is like putting an anchor on this bike – enjoy it with 38-42 tires

Great bike! Congratulations.

I have the same bike, it’s awesome! Change the tires though, night and day difference running 45c Terra speeds but there are others out there. Run max tire width and get some that aren’t Bontrager branded.
