I’m hoping someone can help. I just received my Endurace today and put it all together. After charging the Di2 up, I started watching some videos and found that I should download the E-Tube app to get more functionality. Well, immediately after I did, I was asked to create a new passkey and did. Now after reading more, I realize I shouldn’t have for the very first update.
Anyway, my phone disconnected in the middle of the update and now I have a brand new bike with a bricked Di2.
I’ve searched and searched and the solution is EASY! All I need to do is unplug the battery for 15-30 seconds. Well, the battery is in the downtube and you need to remove the bottom bracket to get access. I don’t have those tools.
I came across this article (https://bettershifting.com/di2-wireless-module-bluetoothle-ant-troubleshooting-guide/#firmwareupdatefailed) which is great. But it says I should also just disconnect everything from the battery.
I’ve disconnected the rear and front derailleur but the article says there should be another plug at the front of the bike.
THIS is what I need help with. Where is this plug? I thought the shifters were wireless. Is there a plug. If so, where is it?

The wires at the front of the bike are optional in 12 speed. Unlikely yours would have them unless it was a custom built bike and you chose to include them. The article is probably talking about 11 speed
There is no plug at the front. The article is referring to the junction box on 11-speed Di2 systems, which is not present on 12-speed. 105 Di2 shifters in particular lack the ports needed to wire them to the rest of the bike (they do have ports for updates though).
