Is this repairable? Rode 4 miles and noticed the tear. by Buddy_0203 Bicycling Bike Bike Repair Biking Cycling Repair
November 14, 2024What bike is this? Restoration advice? Sorry for being completely clueless but considering getting this restored for father-in-law. Anyone know what model it is or how I’d find out specs? What kind of work / time / costs would be involved in restoration? Would the juice be worth the squeeze? Thanks

SethTomato on November 13, 2024 10:13 pm Side note, I saw those blue sticker rim reflectors online a while back (If that’s what that is). How do you like them?
SpinningOmark on November 13, 2024 11:03 pm everybody has already confirmed, but nobody has used the term ‘borked’ yet, so I, myself, am here to say that yes, this is borked.
tour79 on November 13, 2024 11:16 pm Let’s play what happens choose one 1 replace tire 2 the blow out that is inevitable happens at an inopportune moment. You can buy new bike tires, wrists and collarbones not so much

That tire cannot be repaired. Only replaced.

I’m surprised the tire hasn’t went flat yet
