Looking at buying these. They have no indicator on the braking surface. How do I tell if they are still good or not? How much wear is too much? Rims are mid range vintage
Assuming those are clincher rims the brake track is absolutely fine.
Do they spin true? If you can take the tires off so you can see the rim itself.
Are the Bearing smooth?
To test push IN on the axle and turn at the same time
