Old Man Mountain Elkhorn rack, with axle fit kit. Then i personally would get a Salsa seat collar with rack mounts and replace the stock collar. This is exactly how i have my hardtail set up for bikepacking and it has been bulletproof
If it’s in your budget the tailfin system is really nice and customer support is great

You could use a regular rear rack with cateye clamps, or the salsa seatpost collar another poster was talking about. Most regular racks make by companies like Planet bike or Axiom are fine. Just wanted to mention it if you happened to come upon a free/cheap one and were in the tryout phase

Aeroe or Tailfin are both very simple options.

Google: Bicycle Bike Rear Shelf Convert Rear Pannier Racks Connector Seatpost 70x15x16mm Adapter Bike $3 from Aliexpress. I prefer a Topeak rack best value for $$$, solid & light. By the way, the GT is exceptional value & a fantastic deal. I loved the early GT Grade I had, bought 2nd hand, would have kept it but it was just too small. Enjoy!

Axiom seat clamp collar. Or Iberia seat post collar.
Either is fine. I prefer the Axiom for MTB because you may adjust the seat more…while for road/gravel in most cases the seat is permanent.
With the ibera you can set it higher than the collar but with the axiom it’s built in.
Both are $15 on Amazon.
The salsa is similar to the Axiom (I have a Salsa bike and won’t give Salsa the $30 when it should have come standard on the bike). Don’t waste money on the Salsa.
If you don’t have lower Eyelet mounts, you’ll need an axle mount or a seat stay mount. Not a huge fan of seat stay mounts but they work if you need them to work.

There is an eyelet on the seatstay bridge.
