  1. Also try and buy groceries and eat in your hotel it’s cheaper and just take some snacks and water inside the park.and buy your Disney, like shirts ears through Amazon or Walmart ..It’s a little cheaper.

  2. I’m hoping to fit airfare park pass foodplan and hotel into 3000 cad with 500 cad spending money
(I’m hoping to get beyond lucky and find others to go with to offset the cost

  3. Off property condo for 7 nights, round trip air from West Coast, rental car for 7 days, 5 day park hopper tickets, Genie+(now multi pass), food and misc expenses= +/- $4K for 2 adults. You can get way more for your money outside the Disney bubble.

  4. Im going to be there in September 2025 and we are in the 3.000 at least😅 (airline tickets too,.im flying from Chile to Florida, so, yeah, looking for sales) but yes, U can do it for less. Just buying more anticipated

  5. How about 2 adults for 5 nights if you red eye & go to the free water part thing on 1st day & 1 park each of the other 4 days. Or maybe a solo trip.

  6. So… down payment on a house or Disney for a couple of days??
Did you forget about transportation to the parks? Not everyone lives in Florida or California, or nearby.
Let's say we have a $2,000 budget for transportation there AND parks AND hotel and we want four days in the parks for two adults. Not doable?

  7. Oof, I feel for families. Me and my hubby's last trip was $2100 for 5 nights at Royal guest room and 3 day park tickets.

I don't think it'd be as manageable if it wasn't just us 😬

  8. Hi Neighbor, from McKinney! I found your videos back in 2019 when I wanted to take my daughter on our 1st mom/daughter trip to Disney World. I was so scared to plan this trip alone as a now single mom, but that was until I stumbled upon your videos! I absolutely love watching them on a regular basis….and my daughter and I have made this our mother/daughter trip for our last 4 vacations to Disney since 2019~ Keep up the AMAZING WORK in informing all your millions of subscribers and viewers! ~ Tammy

  9. You forgot the most important hacks for families with small children. 1) Leave the park for lunch at your hotel. Take a nap. Then return to the parks when the temperatures are cooler and the crowds are starting to leave. 2) Take a break at Tom Sawyer Island in Frontierland. You get there by raft. You can't lose your kids. It's an island. You can sit in the shade. They can run around and use up some nervous energy.

  10. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You are such a wonderful help! I will be sure to reach out to your company/travel advisor service. I grew up as a Disney kid and have visited many, many times. But this Gen X couple needs efficiency and organization in a relaxed way. I know what rides I like and resort restaurants in the hotels to enjoy. But the logistics are getting much more challenging and we need help! Ha!

  11. This is one of my favorite videos. AJ is on in our house 24/7. Especially with young kids and the election approaching quickly. So, thank you AJ for being the wholesome thing we need before and after school! That being said-GREAT VIDEO!! Would love to see one for 5K (or whatever amount) as DVC owners. 🙌🏻 again-thank you AJ and DFB guide! You give us our daily dose of Disney magic when we are away from our home away from home.

  12. Mickey is greedy period! $5,000 will get you a very nice vacation if you choose not to go to Disney. A Disney World vacation will get you lines. As I like to say: Disney is the master of creating lines and making you stand in them.

  13. Within the last two years for a family of four I have been able to stay at Pop century, go five days to the parks, and fly to Disney from Illinois for at or under $5000.

For any vacation, you will save the most amount of money if you could be flexible when you could fly. I have consistently found tickets for $80 or sometimes even less flying Southwest.

  14. Hubby and I are going in January and going Sunday-Saturday at pop century with 3 days of park tickets for $2400. 2 days of after hours at MK and HS for around $800, 2 days at universal around $700, and then about a $1,000 budget for food, drinks, and miscellaneous, and $300 for a rental car. Flights were covered with miles, so we’re just over $5,000 for a whole week with 5 park days 😅

  15. As an Australian – I have done the math, a 10 day Disney vacation (for 1 person) would cost me the same as a house deposit.

As much as Id love to do it, I doubt I ever will…I wish I could do it for $5,000.

  16. Man, i haven't been to Disney in more than a decade. I always wanted to go to Hollywood Studios and get a lightsaber and a droid. That's probably one of the only things I want to get there with maybe a few freebies if they have any. Any advice since I'm the oldest brother in my family and my family is a family of 5. not sure how i can stay within the $5000 dollar budget but just curious. I would say we're all adults however so it makes it a bit trickier.

  17. I usually like DFB videos but that was a big miss for us. I really don't understand the logic of the two adults' budgets. Like why spend so much on fast pass and park hopper when you spend half of your day paying extra to explore Disney's underground or Epcot's plants maintenance? Why would you splurge in Polynesian? Most couples that I know, if they're on a budget, their logic won't be "how to spend all of our money in a short period of time". I think most travelers outside of the state will want to stay a minimum of 7.

Like at that plan, we're close to (well let's just stay 1 night at the most expensive room in grand Floridian, book the best restaurant and a full day of all treatments at the spa, but hey, it fits the budget even if we're there just ONE day)…😅

  18. How bout this for a 2 adult stay. My best friend is a Disneyland cast member. So, 7 nights cast member rate at Animal Kingdom Lodge will be about $313 per night so about $2200. No cost for theme park entry. Cast members get a main gate pass that covers theme park entry and acts like a free park hopper plus add on. On top of that they get a 20% discount on food. Cast member discount on merchandise is %20 or %35 depending on years of service. That said, the remaining $2800 could easily buy some very nice table service restaurants plus many quick service options.
