For every used gun we receive, we make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned, function-tested for safety, and test-fired.
Today, we’re taking a look at the GZ-MAB – a unique pistol with origins in both France and Spain. “MAB” stands for Manufacture d’Armes de Bayonne, a French firearms manufacturer that originally produced the Model G and GZ until 1962. Later, the design was licensed to the Spanish company Echave y Arizmendi in Eibar, Spain. Interestingly, Bayonne, France, and Eibar are only about 90 minutes apart, highlighting the close ties between these European firearms industries.
