    1. 75% of the cost of the bike would be admin costs to administrate a failed project, an SNP speciality.

There was another bike scandal in Scotland, where people could apply for a loan to buy a bike, the idea being to increase mobility for those seeking employment. IIRC the max you could borrow was £4K. The initiative ended as there was very little interest in it, having only approved some 2-3 loans……… total admin costs to lend that money, were £170,000 if i recall correctly

    2. Not their money, don't give a fk. All about image, presentation of the SNP of delivering FREE FREE FREE to their voters. That's politics folks. That's democracy in action.

    3. My Cannondale system six was £5000 as was my Trek Speed concept with faster wheels fitted. In 1990 i paid £1300 for a carbon frame and £500 each for tri spoke carbon wheels. You can pay £15000 for a top of the range professional standard road bike.
You are out of touch my boy !

    4. Scottish political leaders, very bravely have stolen millions of pounds from the British government, with no paperwork of any sort to show where these millions of pounds have gone to.

    5. I have to laugh at people being surprised when those people cannot do their jobs. Remember they have absolutely NO qualifications they get voted in an give themselves title's, they have no clue what the job entails, the same thing is happening with Labour anyone with eyes can see those fool's couldn't run a circus😂😂😂

    6. Sounds like an opportunity to syphon off money to their own pockets. Did you know that the SPSO – Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, in spite of assurances otherwise in their Data Protection Policy, share personal information of complainants with those they complain about, such as name and address? So SNP know exactly who blows or attempts to blow the whistle, as well as Heaven only knows, who else. .
