Hello 🎉
Wiebes has tons of opportunities for some solid 8th place finishes.
TDFF at 9 days is just right – start Saturday, finish next Sunday
This year's TdFF was the first women's race I followed in full, and it really made me wonder how the men's peloton would react to the biggest race of the year being only 8 days long. Like imagine Paris-Nice or the Dauphine raced with the aggression and rider depth that the Tour gets. Could be very, very cool.
I like the shorter race length, more action-packed. Sry not to hear any EF-Oatley riders are considered breakaway contenders.
That last stage could be very interesting, the problem is – do we even see anything from Joux Plane? Like forget break formation from stage 8, on stage 9 we gonna miss the biggest climb of the day!!!
If you wonder about the finish of stage 1, it's the same as stage 1 of 2008 TDF, where Valverde won. You can find it.
Muzic no punch ?
9 days of racing. Nine or ten days total, I like it. Stage 7 better have good roads at the end and a rain contingency.
Lichtenstein lies in between Switzerland and Austria.
I'm so hype for next years TdFF, I feel like we're going to see some really Demi vs sdworx drama, they must have some issues to work through after this year 😬
I wish we were getting an TTT somewhere! it feels like it's been an age since the men's or the women's tour had one (and the Vuelta last year was so disastrous I couldn't enjoy that one either)
And there is a bump in the middle of the stage that is called the Joux Plane!!!
No ITT or TTT. 🙁
AvdB for the win.
The question is: will Vollering's new team-mates be just as bitchy as her old team-mates?
