I think stopping to desire and surrender will take us there. Without any meditation or other practice. Meditation happens automatically then because then the thoughts subside.

Here's another juicy tid bit. Those who have risen from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage but are as the angels in heaven. Once you die and come back it seems the shadows fallow you. They know you have the opportunity to transcend. They love being able to torture you for another lifetime. If to live in the flesh is more needful for you, but I have the desire to depart and to be with Christ.

I can so relate this! I am so tired and done, I want to be out… but I have young children and feel like I am not done with my responsibilities in lifetime yet. So I want to spend rest of my life in meditating and getting closer to the divine but I can’t as I need to fulfil my responsibilities.
I do not think human “logic” is able to comprehend the big picture.
This idea throws you into fear again. Which could be the actual trap. 🤷🏻♀️
