In this episode it’s day 6 of bike packing India. Francis is still struggling. We’re taking it easy one day at a time. It’s nearly a week since I flew from the United Kingdom to India and this is a few top tips and my opinion on what it’s like to cycle and Bike pack in India.
After our successful trip across Malaysia we are now taking on our biggest trip ever.

Good job Ben, and since you have a sweet tooth – try shrikand if you come across it. Although it's a Gujarati "ice cream", it's sometimes available in other places as well.
Roads seem to have improved a whole lot since I've ridden around India in 98/99 – what are your thoughts on running 30 mm tubeless road tires on those roads?
I've been thinking of doing a route similar to yours in January
