Saturday – Traveling back to Spain. No training
Sunday – Easy cycling and some upper body strength on machines, very low weights just to keep the muscles moving.
Monday – Upper Body Strength on machines. Legs slowly started feeling better.
Tuesday – cycling to let the legs recover with just some core work in between.
Wednesday – No training and also no morning routine. 36 hours fasting (from Tuesday 20:00 until Thursday 09:00)
Thursday – HIIT-training before breaking the fast.
Easy training in the afternoon.
Friday – AMRAP HIIT session instead of morning routine.
Afternoon running with some calisthenics in between.
Saturday – Full Body strength session with supersets.
Sunday – Very easy 1:20h cycling.
Beside my training, I’m always very active with an average of 12000 to 15000 steps.
And of course my 1:10h morning routine at days where I’m not training in the morning.
Already tried to eat some more than usual to start gaining some extra muscle.
Rest Heart Rate was 5/6 beats higher than usual the last few days.
