Don't these trains have a restaurant wagon?
Ooops, 9:34 ktoś nie trafił do muszli i obsikał podłogę, fuj…😮😢
Great idea, dunno if the beds are worth it though
Those are not for someone who is claustrophobic. But I do like the idea. I am glad to see there are accommodations for wheelchairs.
Question: when not sleeping, are you entitled to a place in the seating section? Or are you confined to sitting on the bed?
I HOPE NOT!!!!!!!!
Japan had this for a while called "shindaitokyu" in the late 1900s said not practical and moved on from it
حلو
Wonder how they clean these pods..
The future is where people tell the truth
Wonderful !
I'd go to Vienna just to see this really cool train station, but the so-called "mini-cabins"? Hell freaking no! I'm a 5 ft woman, and I live in a 150 square foot apartment. I'm a simple girl & I don't need much. But I always consider the worst case scenario, and the thought of being trapped in such a tiny space is a nightmare! The 3 hour delay was nothing compared to what could have happened.
These are sleeping pods, not cabins. Suppose the door won't open? Or an accident traps you in this tiny space, all alone? The easily accessible coach passengers will be rescued first. What if you're ordered to stay in your pod, due to a violent incident, or a quarantine situation?
If I accidentally booked one of these pods, I'd ask for a downgrade to coach. If they say no, I'm getting off at the next stop. I'd rather be in a Soviet era cabin than this awful pod!
That is not future Finland , Sweden over night train and Berlin – Minsk was same .. 10 until 18 hours trips.
Too many ads interrupting, ugly ones ….. and can't skip
Thanks for the great
nothing unique here
18 minutes of video, and the damn tongue never shut up to allow you to enjoy the wonderful ambient sound of the train for a while.
Mini cabin… No way. Not even if I were your age. Just no.
“The toilets were spotlessly clean and in very good condition”
While pointing the camera at piss on the floor
I love the idea! The American never figured out how great railroad travel is. While the rest of the world is improving and now comes the sleeper capsules. Love it!
These cars look like fun. But for someone slightly over weight might be a bit tight!
CRH2E Kapsel-Schlafwagen-Nachtzug Peking-Shenzhen 2400km Strecke. Reisegeschwindigkeit 250kmh, Fahrtzeit 12 Stunden. Fahrtpreis pro Strecke 130 Euro. Was Zug-Fahren angeht hat China uns längst den Rang abgelaufen. Der CRH2E 16 Waggons und hat Platz für 880 Passagiere. Sitzplätze gibt es in diesem Zug nicht.

Really good featured cabins for the overnight journey, but not meant for the people who are claustrophobic.
Given the same price, I would prefer the 4 berth couchette to the mini cabin which gives an eerie claustrophobic feeling.
These look little better than traveling in a coffin. I never thought Europe would come up with a train car that makes Amtrak look luxurious by comparison!
I could never use on of the capsel cabins ; they are for younger people.
I would like to know the length of the beds in the sleeper-carriage.
obb – eew-beh-beh!
the 2-bed parallel rooms actually look fantastic for a couple travelling. I think this is amazing quality, what are the price of those? if its equivalent to flights I would prefer to leave the hassle of flights and airports and take a 2-bed cabin like this. This will put rail travel in europe on par with Japan or even above it. I think its a great idea my only concern is that the corridor outside the cabins looked dangerously narrow for escape of so many people.
Nice
If the high speed rail tunnel under the Irish Sea between Holyhead and North of Dublin could get built, overnight sleeper trains from Hull, via Leeds, Manchester Victoria, Chester, Holyhead (via the North Wales line) and Dublin Connolly (via the Dublin Belfast line) could become a real possibility
1:46 How does Vienna compare to London Euston?
