    1. Usually a picture straight from the side is enough. The top of the fork tubes should line up with the headtube. Is there a paint scratch or some photo artifact at the front of the top tube?

    2. From this angle the forks look slightly bent back. Straight from the side photo would be best to tell.

    3. Is the wheel centered and aligned perpendicular to crown? brakes lining up? If those are true, call it good.

      Bars aligned to wheel? Stem issue. Adjustable.

      Did the bike hit something? Safety is a different question.
