After spending over USD 5000 on kit I feel like Rapha is just much more comfy cos the texture is like stretchy yoga pants spandex whereas PNS is more like a shell/windbreaker kinda vibe.

But for some reason PNS marketing and styling is just so much cooler and when people where it they just look RICH and STYLISH… I wish Rapha made more cool designs cos it seems the ones on their website are all basic colours and I can only find cool ones on eBay…

Would love to hear your thoughts on the brand and if y’all have other suggestions… I heard MAAP is decent too

    1. As a Rapha fan, I’m disappointed that they are cutting costs recently with their products. Especially in the Brevet line, which to me is the product line which makes them stand out. New short sleeve Brevet jerseys missing the zip pockets, Brevet gilet with cheaper materials and less functional (the stripe on it is not reflective wtf), jacket not having an inner liner which makes it “stuck” to your jersey while putting it on etc.

    2. You know Pas Normal Studios is more popular when you got a list of comments on any and every Pas Normal Studios post here hating on the brand and almost never see that for Rapha. Maybe when Rapha was the IT brand 10 years ago.

Anywho…having a Pas Normal Studios kit, I can say…looks cool, material doesn’t feel any luxurious than some of the other brands I own. Therefore, it’s my only and last purchase from them.

    3. I’m surprised there are people willing to pay for these brands, knowing their mark-ups are like 30x 🤷‍♂️

    4. Rapha has suddenly become boring. They had some pretty cool bib colors and slick coordinated color block jerseys just a few short years ago, now they are all gone. The jerseys are all just boring…that limited edition “oil slick” they had earlier this year being the one exception I’ve seen.
