    1. This is definitely the better direction to live, in addition to the sweat thing I just find hills so much more difficult in the morning than when i’m fully awake in the evening.

    2. I have the same commute problem. I’m always so tired when I’m leaving at the end of the day, but by the time I get home the blood is pumping and I’m ready to go!

    3. Yeah, going home can feel like the longest journey sometimes! Just keep pushing through, you’ll get there eventually!

I’m not alone! My hill is a killer at the end of the day, the main part currently takes me 8-9 minutes of grinding, and the KOM that I saw was less than 5 so I’ve got some work to do

    5. I’m glad mine is the opposite. I have a massive hill to climb on the way to work. Then I get to coast home. I work on my feet and walk roughly 20km daily, so if I had to then climb a hill after work I would hate my commute home.

Get a hill in the middle of your commute then you can live your grandparents fantasy of going uphill both ways!

    7. I have a similar commute, 11 miles and if I catch the lights perfectly, I don’t have to pedal for the first mile and a half.

Going home isn’t fun though and its 150 calories more.

    8. I have a similar route and love it! Coast to work and get a workout in on the way home. I also really enjoy going down the hill fast – such a great way to start the day and wake up. 🚀
