Does anyone know exactly what this old crank is?

Online photo. Looking at an old Trek I’ve been wanting for a while. The problem is, it’s a total hodgepodge and I’m trying to figure out what is what. The crank I know is not original, but I cannot find any crank that definitively looks like this. Before I throw this guy an offer (and drive way out) does anyone recognize this? Id appreciate it!
