Hey everyone – have been loving my SL5, but always had a front mech / derailleur (shimano mechanical 105) is basically always scraping. Even with the trim option losing a lot of gear range when on the biggest blade. With all my old bikes I was always able to align it myself. In this case took it took my racebike shop & after 1+ hr the mechanic said to even take it back to the shop who sold it to me because he couldn’t get it figured out.
Does anyone recognize this issue or know what could be up? The mechanic thinks the derailleur is incorrectly positioned (but is unable to adjust it because of how it is attached to the frame).
