It says crossroads Fuji on it and the wheels are pretty thin. Also if theres a way to find a less expensive wheel that would be great

Also, how could he prevent this from happening again? I think he said he locked the back tire instead of the front which he said he should’ve done since it’s harder to steal? I’m not exactly sure though

    1. Take a picture of the rear tire and wheel it will help greatly. Judging from the current pictures the bike has standard 700c wheels. So you’re going to want to look for a 700c quick release rim brake wheel. As for a tire, having a picture of the rear tire will help. Look for some like this “700×35” that will tell you the size of the tire.

I have a suggestion for the front wheel lock. Bosvision makes a 5 digit combo U lock that fits on my bikes. In my opinion it’s secure enough for a front wheel and can be found for under $20

I would look on fb marketplace and your local bike store LBS, they should have something lying around that’s under 100

    4. These would help avoid them being stolen in the future:

This wheel should work. I would recommend asking a local bike store.

Honestly, don’t get upsold. I would buy the least expensive front wheel you can find. I don’t mean to be rude but just don’t want you to get taken advantage of.

    5. The best front wheel lock would be a U-lock. 2 U-locks at each wheel is the preferred bike locking method recommended by Bike Index.
