will-I-ever-Be-me on October 10, 2024 11:22 pm it’s a bracket for a tail light or a reflector. some dynamo tail lights in particular will have an additional nobble bit that hooks to the bottom of the bracket to keep the light centered.

Maybe an extension for extra small frames for seat clearance?
