They really hammer on the guy being a police chief. But I don’t care what his job was…nobody needs to be hit and killed while out cycling. The amount of influence doctors are having on this legal proceeding is a whole other can of worms

Everyone thinks they are a lawyer. This has nothing to do with the facts or ultimate outcome of the case. He is mentally ill to such an extent that the case can’t proceed. He will be sent to a facility to go through restoration. It is very unlikely that he won’t be restored. People want mercy for themselves, but crave retribution for everyone else. Frankly, it’s disgusting.

Everyone can calm down. He’s being confined to a mental facility until such time as he is competent to stand trial. He’s not being let off the hook at all.
