I found that I really like flat pedals with straps. I've never ridden clipless and I find that there is additional toe overlap with the use of mash cage. Tell me about what you use and why you like it.
I have the defy deaf trap. They are super thin and light, but have studs that lock you in!!!

All rounder: SPD/2 bolt clipless (assuming you can walk around in them)
I personally switch my pedals a lot and switch between clipless and flat pedal+straps, LOOK clipless has easily been the best 3 bolt system ive used, never clipped out once and i dont have any issues clipping out.

The random no brand pedals from your lbs and a nice set of straps. Don’t cheap out on straps.

White Industries platform pedals (with cages and straps). Most comfortable platform pedal I’ve ever used, by far.
