Have you tried inner tube sealants? They claim to last the life of the inner tube, potentially eliminating the hassle of flats. But do they really deliver?
I’ve used the Slime in a lot of projects and it’s in all of my bike tubes. It’s cheap and reasonably effective.Â
I’ve yet to have a serious flat with it. The combination of the Slime in the tubes plus the Mr. Tuffy inserts have been doing a good job for me for almost two decades now.Â
I know Green Slime works. Sometimes it will fail soon after you stop riding. On 3 or 4 occasions right after I got home I’d hear a loud “pssshhhhhhhhh” when the wad of fibers fell off the hole due to the removal of centrifugal force. I’m also using flat attack but I really don’t have any history with it. Yet. No news is good news.

I’ve used slime, weldite and decathlon inner tube sealants. They all seem to do a decent job at sealing small punctures. So if you prize reliability over speed they’re certainly worth trying.
Aside from the weight and expense the main downside is that if you do get a puncture that’s too much for the sealant it’s very difficult to patch the tube. Can also junk up your valves.

Currently using Muc-Off sealant. Too early to comment on longevity and effectiveness, though.
