    1. Yes!!! You’re absolutely correct about if I go to bed at night and I eat something like a popsicle that has sugar in it or have any sugary snack. The night sweats are the worst. But if I eat something like a pickle or have my tea with some apple cider vinegar in it I sleep like a baby no nice sweats, and my sweats are so Bad

    2. Been researching so many different natural methods for months and could not take these dad gum night sweats and 3am to 4:30am wakings. So, I finally decided on Genesis. I literally just put on the pea-size amount for the first time ever of this wild yam cream. I decided to look it up on YT, and here I am on your video…lol! I really hope this works!

    3. I started getting night sweats and hot flashes in early December 2023, I told my eyelash lady about it. She gave me a jar of this genesis wild cream and she said keep applying it on different areas twice a day and I did and I also was taking a supplement from Solray, for perimenopausal symptoms so I was doing the both together she said keep on it. It will start working and she was right after month 3 ,, I noticed I stopped finally getting no more night sweats or hot flashes were very minimal. Then I ran out of the cream and my half flashes and night, sweats and regular sweats or coming back, thankfully my new jar came in the mail today, this stuff really truly works., I am living proof!:). When my eyelash weight lady was doing my lashes she had to put a pad on my forehead. I was sweating so bad never in my life did this happen and I kept using it every day twice a day and different areas and finally it started working. She told me it takes some time, and she was certainly right!:)

    4. Wait wait wait… so this inner ear itching and tinnitus might be peri-menopause related…. now I'm mad. Why don't doctors tell you that instead of giving you everything else
