These are all the pieces i have. I took this bike apart to have it painted a couple of years ago and well life gets in the way as we all know. I was going to upgrade to sealed bearings but i decided to just put these back in for now. Would anyone be able to tell me the proper arrangement to install these bearings? I have three spacers and then the stem goes on with the tightening Allen. Thank you

This should help. Looks like you’re missing a crown race which should be fixed to the fork itself. Was that removed when they painted the frame? I noticed they painted the actual steerer tube too which is odd
