    2. Sewing their mouths closed is just absolutely inhumane. Why does china have to be so disgusting? The festival’s for cooking dogs alive, stealing pets to eat them…….what a bunch of animals! I go sooooo far out of my way to not buy Chinese made. Keep your cheap plastic crap in your own yard.

    3. We need to promote progress in techniques and technologies to minimize the negative impact on the environment from slaughterhouses and food processing plants.

    4. I still remember clearly the moment when I was a child when my family was poor and worked in agriculture. That year, there was a long drought and my family had almost nothing to eat for 2 days and that morning my father came home and brought 2 corns… I swear to you that was the meal that I will remember for the rest of my life and nothing tastes better than that until now.

    5. This documentary really made me think about how diverse the food industry is globally. Snake farming is something I never considered, but it shows how cultures and tastes differ. Really informative!

    6. It's startling to see how millions of snakes are bred for consumption in China, while in countries like the United States and Australia, invasive snakes aren't utilized in the same way. In China, snake farming appears to be a highly specialized and profitable industry, with snakes being used not only in traditional cuisine but also in medicine. It’s fascinating how the cultural norms and regulations of each country shape how they handle these species. Do you think other countries could adopt similar practices, or would cultural differences make it too difficult?
