Im a fan of cheap but good items.
Bicycle: Lakes Race 2000 – a present of my Fahrer who didn't need it anymore. I restored it a bit. New puncture proof tires on the back (for the city i live in which a lot of glass on the streets).
Backpack rack: 37€ Amazon find – mounting with no screws into the frame, only with tension. It holds surprisingly well!
Side bag: 30€ Büchel 25L. Works good for me. I might add a longer strap for better carrying around off bike (over the shoulders).
