I purchased this frame in 1991 and was a student at Purdue University at the time. It was a limited edition of 50 frames to celebrate Tommasini being sold in the USA for 15 years at the time. I stupidly sold it around 12 years ago, and I regretted it ever since. It is the best handling bike I’ve ridden to this day. I recently found it for sale on eBay and immediately recognized that it was the frame that I used to own. A collector with a collection of around 40 bikes passed away, and his collection was being sold by a shop in Las Vegas. I’m so amazed to get it back, and it is in the same condition that it was in when I sold it. I just finished building it with new Campy Zonda wheels, new Campy Potenza/Centaur 11 drivetrain with Record crank, NOS 3T titanium stem, NOS Campy Centaur seatpost, etc. Columbus SP tubing, and Tommasini used an oversize top tube since the frame is 62cm. I’m 58 now and the frame is 33 years old.
