I want to repaint my bike frame black and my rims and bell dark green but I don't know where to start. There are some spots that are dented and some rust spots that look like there eaten into the metal. Is there any way to fix that or will I have to be okay with it? If you have any recommendations for bike locks that won't break the bank please tell me.
