Where is the sound coming from? The front, or tge back of the bike? We can’t tell directions from a video.

Start by checking every rear suspension linkage bolt to make sure they’re at the proper torque. If that doesn’t find anything, then pull apart the entire rear suspension linkage system (can’t think of a better name at the moment) and inspect bearings. Replace any bearings that are grindy. When reassembling, use grease on every axle and bearing surface.
