Follow up from my previous post. Per many sound recommendations got a bike fitting done. Needed a longer, higher stem for this long boi (203cm) Feels better, looks less better.
Honestly frame looks too small. But work with what ya got.

Nobody’s gonna notice your stem height/angle, but I promise you will notice how much better your bike feels.Â
You’ve still got a good saddle:bar drop, I think it looks totally fine.Â

I’m not as tall as you (195cm) but I’ve found that big steel frames tend to be very flexible laterally and feel noodly when pedaling hard. Have you noticed that in this bike?

206cm here, I’ll do whatever modifications that I need to feel comfortable. I am ok knowing it will never look like a racing /agressive bike I see with other “normal” people.

As a fellow 203cm rider (6’8″, 230lbs), I know exactly what you’re dealing with.
I’ve been riding road and mtn bikes forever and it was when I got my first 29″ mtn bike that the bike actually looked somewhat normal. Rather funny though because my 23″ mtn bike really looked like a bike that had standard 26″ wheels on it. lol
My road bike ended up looking just like yours. I felt a bit odd and self conscious at first, but it didn’t take long to just quit caring. I really don’t care what I look like on the bike. I know I look odd and out of place. Oh well!
I do get far more comments on being a huge guy on a bike than my actual bike. Often it’s thanks for being a wall to draft behind. 😛

Nice! May I ask how tall you are?

Enjoy your new fit!
There’s a man I can draft off of!
