Can anyone help narrow down this clicking noise?

I’ve had this consistent click for a couple months now, and nothing I’ve tried has worked yet. So far, I’ve:
-Rebuilt and regreased the bottom bracket twice
-Took out the chain ring bolts and cleaned/applied loctite to them
-cleaned and greased all mating surfaces across the drivetrain

The clicking happens when pedaling under load, or in this case while pushing down on the pedals. I can also get the clicking to happen if I grab the chain stay and the frame and twist them side to side. I’m starting to suspect the internal cables are making noise, but I’m not sure how to address that. Is it possible that the frame itself is making the clicking noise?
