    1. It seems like a piece of the frame broke off, usually that means it’s time for a new bike ..

    2. Oof! That’s a painfull one … the drop-out sheared off. You coult try to have it welded back, but it’s just gonna break again, right next to the weld. Aluminium needs tempering after welding, otherwise it’s cheese. New frame or new bike …

      Not the first I’ve seen with these hub drive e-bikes. Time for a new bike.

      Not fixable, even if you could weld it it wouldn’t last long and your shifting is going to be very bad.

    5. For clarity, the silver part is the derailleur hanger and is designed to break instead of your frame if the derailleur gets hit. It is replaceable and unbolts as you have done, but you also need to unbolt the wheel axle and remove the wheel. However it looks like part of the frame has broken too. You’d need to get the wheel out to confirm, but it is likely a dead frame if the slot the axle sits in has broken.
