Macedonian day and a lovely day it was too climbing and descending. I met Martin from Germany cycling the other way, first cyclist I have talked to in 1500 km, nice. And lovely countryside with quiet roads.

If you have done everything you possibly can for something to workout and it does not, giving up on it is better for your mental health and you keep your integrity.

Cycling towards Turkey on a road trip with no fixed times just the idea of winter is coming….
