Anyone know what these parts are called on the bottom of my Shimano shoes that take the place of cleats?

Not that these are not cleat covers, rather they fill up the place instead of cleats when you’re using the shoes with platform pedals only. I’ve lost mine and can’t figure out what they’re called to even begin a search for a replacement!
