Found this beaty with decent price tag. But frame is cracked. I offered 20 eur and now I am going to strip the frame.
It has full Alivio set but are those canti brakes worth saving? I’ll keep the wheels at least.
And how is the fork? Seen many of never ones with suspension forks. Could I use this one to convert them?

I would save fork, wheels, seatpost, saddle, pedals, fenders, U-lock, as well as front and rear derailleurs. As far as I know, those cranks have a non-standard BCD with no new replacements
Seat, wheels, fork if it’s actually chromoly, derailleurs and brake levers. Not sure if that Alivio rear hub is even 132mm, this setup is barely worth €20
Everything but the frame is salvageable, except for the tires and cables.
Frame and fork, seatpost and saddle. The rest looks real sun damaged and crappy, those brakes are just plain not good.
If youre going for budget: new rubber, replace the chain, take that ugly ass ulock off and get some decent avid v-brakes. New cables and housing, probably as well.
