      Looks cool! Maybe the next week you can pass de 5min of “fun” lol, pump tracks helps and kills you at the same time haha you do a lot today

    2. Take time between runs to let your breathing and heart rate return to a resting state. Not to hard to do if you’ve got a riding buddy. If you’re riding solo, it’s easy to drop back in before you’re ready and then you’ll end up wearing yourself out to quickly.
