I thought cross check could be run single speed with out the chain tensioner ? Nice bike also

but just a heads up:
1: you don’t need to run that “singulator” on ‘er because of the horizontal drop outs; and
2: if you are going to run that tensioner(or any tensioner) you have it installed wrong. The chain sits under the cog on the tensioner, not over it. when installing you should feel a spring catching and pushing the tensioner down, hence the chain needing to be under it taking up slack.
